Farheen recognises that life can be very challenging, and that in our society asking for help is often seen as weakness. Many people put pressure on themselves to manage everything alone. Farheen believes we would all be happier if we learned to accept help from others.

Farheen encourages anyone who needs help or inspiration to turn to Pukaar Community, which spreads awareness about mental health and holds seminars on different mental illnesses to reach people who need support.
